Processed meat mush pressed into a patty. Lacks beef flavor and bites like over processed meat. Similar to cheap chicken processed nuggets. Patties are a solid pink, no signs of meat. Nice patty size and would be good when cooking for highschool football team. If you want a nice juicy flavorful burger, this is NOT for you. We won't purchase again.

Formerly 21 patties at 7 pounds, this 18-patty, 6-pound package has more gristle and tiny particles of bone. The flavor is still intact, but the quality has dimished. It turns out that grinding our own meat is a better option, and Sam's Club offers a fine grinder that does a splendiid job. Now our burgers are just as good as the meat we grind. .

These are a staple in our freezer. When I took the unopened package out this evening it didn't look/seem right. I counted/recounted the patties. Only 15. This was a brand new, unopened package. What's up with that? At 1/3lb per patty I was shorted one pound of meat. Not Happy!!! You can bet I'll count the contents if I purchase again.

These burgers are okay, But rather dry..especially if you follow THEIR directions. We let them slightly thaw, then season, Place on grill 5 minutes each side, Not 8 minutes~ Put on our own ground beef sauce, Cheddar cheese slices, place on toasted kaiser buns. Delicious.

Oddly - looking through the reviews for these burgers there are reviews for strollers. If you want to trust in this messed up process of failing the consumer with reviews that don’t match the product you need to READ the reviews and then decide. These burgers have grisly bits which I hate and seems to have become the norm. They stink when cooking and today for lunch I tried to eat this with a piece of cheese and mushrooms and there’s a nearly half inch bone fragment in my first bite. Yes. Bone. It didn’t feel good to bite into either as my gum bleeds. I should have known they would be nasty. They no better than a McDonald’s burger.

What have y’all changed?? I agree with another post…These were our favorite burgers but the last few times we bought them ,we’ve been disappointed. The flavor & texture are totally different. We won’t buy again til they are back to the original.. Guess we will go back to Bubba Burgers
