Both my wife and I found bone fragments in our hamburgers.  We won't be buying this again.

Not your average burger patties

I use this meat even in my ground meat recipes. 3 patties equals a pound.

Very lean

The hamburger patties are not separated by butcher paper in between the patties. Unfortunately, the frozen patties clump together making it messy and difficult to separate them individually.

Clumpy mess

The sirloin  hamburger Patties by Member’s Mark  is by far the best frozen  patties in the market . I have had other competitor’s club  brands and the quality and taste does not compare. Whether cooked up on the bbq grill for burgers or stovetop fry pan  for patty melts  the meat remains most and flavorful.
