I meant to buy the angus patties but got these by mistake. The meat has a really good taste, but they tend to come out a little dry. that could be my cooking technique more than anything else. I only had one pack, so I didn't get to tinker to find out the best way to cook them. But the flavor was very good.

Makes a good burger, but omg don't accidently let these thaw a little and refreeze or else you'll have one giant tube of meat that you have to pry apart to get a party because they didn't bother to put barriers between the patties to prevent that from happening. We went camping and this happened to us because our camper refrigerator took a while to catch up to the temp it needed to be at to freeze. I was not happy. Wax or butcher paper between the patties would have prevented that from happening altogether. Such a simple step I have no idea why they skipped.
