Burgers were very lean, 1/3 pound. Tasted great straight off the Blackstone.

Very good burger patties don't shrink much but way to expensive and the price keeps going up.

Good burger, suitable for grilling. I like the 1/3 pound size.

These patties are good quality for frozen.

Good Quality

The hamburger patties are not separated by butcher paper in between the patties. Unfortunately, the frozen patties clump together making it messy and difficult to separate them individually.

Clumpy mess

The sirloin  hamburger Patties by Member’s Mark  is by far the best frozen  patties in the market . I have had other competitor’s club  brands and the quality and taste does not compare. Whether cooked up on the bbq grill for burgers or stovetop fry pan  for patty melts  the meat remains most and flavorful.
