Sam's Club sirloin patties weigh 5.33 ounces each and have 15% fat, which seems perfect to me. I have been buying these for years. I use them for hamburgers but I also break up the patties for recipies calling for bulk ground beef because the patties make it easy to separate just the amount needed and the price is very competitive with bulk ground beef.

We have been using these for golf tournaments at our local country club for the last 5 years. People continue to compliment these burgers, saying they remember how good they from years past. I pair them with the Tailgate Hawaiian buns and use seasoning salt with pepper jack cheese available at Sam's. ;) The "PERFECT" go together

These burgers are quick and easy to prepare, have a good flavor, and come in a resealable bag in case you don't need to cook them all at once. They aren't as tender or juicy as a hand-pattied burger, but still very good and much easier , especially if cooking for a crowd.

These burger patties are great tasting and easy to prepare. I like to take out what I need for the meal and throw them right on the grill frozen. They cook up nicely and are ready to eat in no time. I don't eat or order burgers as I'm just not a fan as they can be rubbery and dense but not these. These burgers taste good and are great when I have unexpected dinner guest.

If you want good burgers for your next cookout, these are the ones you want! They don't shrink, they're very juicy and delicious, I purchased six packages for a fundraiser and everyone was asking where i got the patties saying they were the best they have had in awhile!!!

I have bought these burgers for years, and they've always been a favorite in our house. The price went up, and the quality went down. I just sat down for a burger and got 8 nodules/bones, 6 of which could've chipped a tooth. I'm massively disappointed and don't plan to buy them again.

We love that the patties are to be cooked from frozen. This makes it super handy when you need a clean healthy last minute meal! The patties have a great texture, and they are easy to chew. Most importantly, they have an amazing taste! We will eat them completely unseasoned. They taste great. If you like a lot of seasoning, they season great as well too. Love these!

The patty's were tasty for the whole family. Dad grilled them to perfection! Paired wonderfully with generic $4 buns from Sam's too. We all agreed these patty's helped make our family dinner feel like we went for a pick up meal from our usual restaurant... but cheaper!

I just finished a box of members mark cheddar and bacon burgers and decided to try the sirloin burgers next. Disappointed in taste of these compared to the cheddar and bacon. The sirloin is just ok. Good price though for the quantity you get but will buy cheddar bacon again next time

Sam's flat briskets are tops, anyway you want to cook them. The fat contents is very low on the brisket. I purchased two for the 4th of July holidays. Always try to shop a little bit early to insure that I'm going to get one. This is just a great piece of meat, it's always tender and delicious.
