Cooked in a skillet with onions...but was surprised by the "dryness" of the medium cooked patties. Gravy is a must with these. :o)

Really Good! The 85/15 yields so much less Fat when cooked & less Shrinkage! Easily cook 4 in an Air Fryer for a couple of people!

If you like lean meats or on a watch what you eat kinda thing get these. If you want more flavor get the angus.

These are good burgers. I cook them from frozen with a little butter and seasoning for about 4 minutes a side.

The size and quality of the meat after cooking (fry, bake or grill) is great! Family and Friends enjoy these patties.
