These frozen ground sirloin beef burgers can’t be beat. 85/15 ratio of beef to fat speaks volumes. These are great and easy to cook on the grill. Just enough fat to give us a little bit of flame and help sear without having a flaming mosh pit that you get with a lot of the 20% fat burgers that are out there. Members Mark sirloin burgers have been consistently good for the many years I’ve been buying them. Great flavor, keep well in the freezer too. I can’t remember the last time I made a burger patty, the old-fashioned way by buying meat and shaping it by hand. This is just a better more cost-effective way to have a great burger.

We leave these frozen until we are ready to cook. The wife sprays the patty with a little olive oil, sprinkles a little Lawry's Seasoned Salt and it goes to the grill. Sometimes inside, sometimes outside. Either way, we're eating in about fifteen minutes. Quite often, the wife makes a salad while I'm cooking.

These have great flavor, gristle free texture, and are very good quality. I like that they are flash frozen and don't have messy papers between each patty. They do seem to have a little spongier of a texture than I'm used to in ground beef patties, almost a sausage like bite and chew to them? But they make a very tasty, quick meal, whether grilled, fried on the stovetop, thrown under the broiler, or tossed in the air fryer!

I chose these because they have minimal additives. They were good, although of course nothing beats handade patties. I tried another brand previously and they were not nearly as good as these.

I've been buying these for a few years now and they are great. They are handy on the spur of the moment as you can cook from frozen though I like to season and let partially thaw before putting on the grill. They take 6 to ten minutes to cook depending on how much they have thawed, and they are still a little pink in the middle which is the way we like them. Sometimes I just sear the outsides and then bake in the oven with some beef gravy for really great salisbury steaks.

These babies exceeded our expectations. We use these for my son‘s 18th birthday party and everybody said they were delicious! Most of the time frozen patties shrink up to the size of a hockey puck and are so greasy they burn and dry up. These were not as greasy as most burger patties and didn’t shrivel too badly.

First time purchase. Will definitely buy again. I bought this package of burger patties because of the 15% fat and very low sodium content. Cooks perfectly from frozen on the grill or in a pan. Perfect item to keep in the freezer for random quick meals.

I have bought these burgers for years, and they've always been a favorite in our house. The price went up, and the quality went down. I just sat down for a burger and got 8 nodules/bones, 6 of which could've chipped a tooth. I'm massively disappointed and don't plan to buy them again.

No frozen hamburger patty is better than a freshly made one but these are very good. We purchased two packs of these to feed a large group. They were easy to prepare and easy to grill. The group made numerous comments about the burgers. We have purchased these multiple times because they are very good and easy to prepare.
