Great product. The patties are larger than most. The 85/15 mix is great for the grill or stove top. I highly recommend these.

Good flavor patties that dont shrink much after cooking. I take them straight from the freezer simple salt and pepper then to the pan. Thumbs up.

When you get this home and study the back ingredients label, you will see the fat content is 35%. Definitely not healthy, nor what I think of when I see "Ground Sirloin".

I prefer the Angus burgers you sold recently this s a poor substitute.

These burgers taste great on the grill, broiled in the oven and fried on the stovetop.

For Sirloin burgers sure did taste like Fake Burgers!
