I bought these because Sam's precooked patties switched recipes and were horrible. I just tried this in the skillet, for the first time and it was delicious! I cooked mine differently from the directions. With an induction skillet I put it on high, with a pat of butter for each side, Two minutes per side was all it took. Perfect sear, flavor and texture. This is much hotter than a gas burner, or electric coil (665 degrees vs 420 degrees) so I recommend you use directions until you find what best fits your cooking apparatus.

These patties are extremely dry and don't have much flavor. If you are looking for a pattie full of flavor I recommend one with a higher fat content. I tried to doctor them up but it did not work. I would not recommend them. I do not know why they are rated so highly. They do not come individually wrapped.

These are a good size. Because they have less fat they can get a little dry if you forget about them. But they are way less greasy than the angus burgers. I had some problems with them sticking to the pan due to the lack of grease with these first time cooked. I watched them a little closer and they turned out great the next time. My family and friends seem to like them a lot.

These patties are good when they don't have bone and grizzle in them. I can not enjoy some of the burger patties because I find myself biting on something hard. I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer my burgers to be bone and grizzle free. So the burgers have the potential to be really good ones, but the quality is inconsistent, which is unfortunate.

I have bought these several times and will choose these over other brands in a heartbeat! They aren't overly greasy so they don't start the grill on fire and they have good flavor (especially with seasonings :o) I'm always bummed if I can't get to Sam's and get these burgers when I want to grill!

I have never been a fan of prepackaged patties...however...my hubby came home with some of these recently, and I have to say, I was pretty impressed! Quick, easy, and tasty...I am now a fan of Member's Mark Sirloin Patties! :) PS...I have served this as burgers, of course but also have made open face sandwiches with them! Hamburger buns over a plate of rice, with the hamburger patties and brown gravy added to the top! Very good!

These are convenient because you cook them frozen. The flavor is fine. The texture is weird; more like sausage than hamburger. The quality of the meat seems below average and they are very, very fatty. They develop a nice crust even under low heat, which is weird. Overall, I would rather buy fresh hamburger and make my own patties but if someone handed me one of these at a party, I'd eat it.

This was the first time I ever purchased frozen premade burgers! I was surprised how good they are. We all liked them. They did not shrink or swell up in the middle they stayed flat, they stayed the same size as the brioche bun. Perfect thickness. Cooked quickly from freezer to the skillet. Not fatty or watery when cooking either. I already added another pack to my cart!

I ate a hamburger made with one of these patties about a week ago. Within 3 hours I began to I break out with a bright red rash and welts that slowly spread over all of my upper body and arms. Not knowing the cause, I ended up at the ER. I was told that it was an allergic reaction, probably to something ingested. It took overnight to clear up. Since I am not prone to allergies, after waiting a week, I decided to eat another patty to confirm that this was the cause. And sure enough the rash began to break out again just as before. Fortunately, I was prepared to treat it this time as prescribed by the doctor at the ER. Perhaps there is an ingredient that is not obvious on the label, or perhaps the beef used has unknown contamination, but there is definitely a problem with this product.

Truly the best frozen patties out there. I like to thaw them before cooking so I can smash them out during cooking for a wider burger. Of course if you're going to do this, be safe and thaw it rapidly (ie. microwave) and cook immediately to avoid the meat from staying in the thermal danger zone too long to prevent bacteria from growing. These do have more fat than other patties so expect some smoke, but it's not laden with water that makes pan cooking them unbearably messy. The grass fed version of this is also good, but has less fat. Both are exceptional.
