Processed meat mush pressed into a patty. Lacks beef flavor and bites like over processed meat. Similar to cheap chicken processed nuggets. Patties are a solid pink, no signs of meat. Nice patty size and would be good when cooking for highschool football team. If you want a nice juicy flavorful burger, this is NOT for you. We won't purchase again.

Have to do a lot for these patties to not taste like they are straight out of a cafeteria. For reference, with fresh beef I simply have to salt and pepper for excellent burgers. I threw my first burger of the batch away. Remade with butter and hamburger seasoning mix they were tolerable. Tried to grill them, still tastes like cafeteria burgers. Big big no for serving to people you actually like.

The burgers are very tasty, all you need to do is use a light quick spray of oil maybe use olive oil, add burger to the Foodi Grill, or oven, or to whatever gadget you cook with for a great sandwich added with sides. I do add seasoning on top as it bakes in the foodi grill.

These sirloin burgers were so good we had them for dinner three nights in a row. Easy to prepare just throw on the grill. Seasoned once with s/p another with garlic powder an once no seasoning at all every time they were great tasting. Went from freezer to.grill.

Formerly 21 patties at 7 pounds, this 18-patty, 6-pound package has more gristle and tiny particles of bone. The flavor is still intact, but the quality has dimished. It turns out that grinding our own meat is a better option, and Sam's Club offers a fine grinder that does a splendiid job. Now our burgers are just as good as the meat we grind. .

What have y’all changed?? I agree with another post…These were our favorite burgers but the last few times we bought them ,we’ve been disappointed. The flavor & texture are totally different. We won’t buy again til they are back to the original.. Guess we will go back to Bubba Burgers

Have been using these burgers for several years. Keep frozen, sprinkle your spices on, and place on the grill immediately, still frozen. What could be easier than that. I have a busy lifestyle and don't have time for long prep. These cook very well and can become well done or pink center, whichever you like. Ease and quality are the big winners here. Love them and will continue buying them.

Bad quality, tastes like cardboard not real meat. Won't recommend even trying it.

The flavor is so good . They cook up fast . Love these for a quick go to meal.
