They’re just the right size and they fit the bun perfectly.

We always buy top sirloin from our grocer and have it ground for burgers, chili, meat loaf. We tried these Sam's sirloin burgers to make meatloaf. The cooked meat is quite grisly. We'll try it to make chili, but not depending on it. Will not buy again.

Makes a good burger, but omg don't accidently let these thaw a little and refreeze or else you'll have one giant tube of meat that you have to pry apart to get a party because they didn't bother to put barriers between the patties to prevent that from happening. We went camping and this happened to us because our camper refrigerator took a while to catch up to the temp it needed to be at to freeze. I was not happy. Wax or butcher paper between the patties would have prevented that from happening altogether. Such a simple step I have no idea why they skipped.

Very poor taste

If you've ever ground your own sirloin patties or had other frozen sirloin patties, I have to say that this one ranks well below average in comparison. To me, it tastes more like a 90% chuck blend with a very small amount of sirloin. I will use the remainder for tacos or meatballs, but won't be making anymore burgers with it.
