[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, it is a beautiful TV but I haven't a clue how to operate it. I downloaded the Owners Manual and I cannot get past the first paragraph. Very complicated and hard. I guess I'll have to pay someone to show me how to work it. Because I can't work it, I am giving it a poor rating.

Miserable so far

My new TV was installed on the wall on December 10. At that time I discovered that I could not install the Spectrum app, so I have had no cable ever since. It has only been turned on several times. Last night I discovered that I now have NO SOUND! MY FIRST CHOICE WOULD BE TO RETURN IT. At 83 years of age, I can not even get it off the wall. I am very unhappy with my choice.

picture is good. not fun to stream with.

This TV has excellent quality for the price. The problem is that the webOS apps are slow, the magic remote is… less than magical, and there are only two HDMI inputs so if you have an arc sound bar and a cable box, there is no room for a Roku to fix the streaming situation.

Tried twice never again

Bought this TV two weeks ago. First the remote sucks it is not user friendly. We could over look that not a big deal but the picture gets really distorted then goes back to normal it does this every few minutes. We tried multiple apps with the same results. None of the other TVs in my house do this Exchanged for a new one same TV and it did the same thing. Returning for a different brand this time
