This TV offers a great picture at a great price point, but does have some limitations around smart home integration. For example, while Google Home is supported, for some odd reason Google Home cannot be used to turn the TV on or off. The wireless remote/pointer is also a bit squirrely, even at the slowest setting.

It has newer features than the previous TV, so its fun to watch and find new channels. I've had some trouble signing in the for the first time to Prime and HBO Max,and hope to get it started soon.

The tv legs or stand are not very good both broke when snapping into place. Spent 30 bucks on different legs. Having problems with hooking up the echo dots and the tv together. And if you don't have a remote I do not see a way to change the channels. You can turn it on and off. But tv on its own is very nice.

I elected not to get a traditional cable box for this unit as it was clearly not needed. The dashboard showing the status of all my LG devices (appliances, air filter, etc..) was quite surprising.

We also purchased an LF sound bar and sub. The screen is huge and the sound is great. Recommend to anyone wanting a large TV at a great value.

Not the review you are probably asking for but I've reached out via phone and email requesting assistance in setting up my LG account ... crickets .... I'm trying to download the Paramount + app but can't go any further until I've created the LG account. I've called ... twice ... each time being told I must send an email. I've emailed to two different email addresses and still ... crickets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this TV recently and it's been a great add to our home, the iPhone connection is amazingly fast, the controller with voice command helps a lot and pointing the controller using it as a mouse is a game changer! There are a lot of setups with blue light reduction, sounds setups and it's amazing when I want to listen to music or play long hours and not get my eyes tired.

I've owned the TV for 2 months. The TV comes with many apps and is generally easy to use. My major complaints are 1 The TV cannot handle dark scenes.. think of GOT. 2 The original stands are plastic and barely stabilize the TV from falling. LG has sent metal stands to improve stabization. I haven't placed them as the TV is very heavy and requires 2 strong people to manipulate it. My son will help on Thanksgiving. I probably wouldn't buy again because of the way it handles dark scenes.

I bought this TV about a month ago, and I've got to say it's absolutely amazing for its price. The quality, the features, the sound system and how easy it is to set up - everything. I really recommend this TV for anyone who is looking for that grand 'theatre' quality for a TV.
