We have enjoyed our new LG tv. The picture is excellent, and I am learning to manage the remote. I think LG could do a better job providing a manual on how to use the remote. Even the online version was sketchy, basically just telling you what the buttons are for. I could not find my model, even after entering the model number. For example, I'd like to know how to enter and set a group of channels as favorites. That is not covered in any of the materials I've read. Also the new remote made it impossible to use the mute or volume buttons on any other remotes (such as the one that controls our Xfinity programming.) Overall, we are very satisfied.

My Husband and I have been looking to update our big screen in our living room. It is the place our family gathers together during the holiday's and when the kids are home from college. The colors are so vibrant - we replaced a TV of a similar size, different manufacturer and thrilled with the performance to this point. Both of our kids play college sports so it is going to be great to watch them on the big screen when we are not able to travel to their games! The only reason I gave the TV smart features a 4 is because I have not mastered all of them as of this writing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart tv was given to me as a gift last month. It was easy to set up and simple to use. I wish more broadcasting was in 4K. Watching sports in 4K is unbelievable. You can almost smell the grass they are playing on - it's like being on the field with such a clear and perfect picture.

I received this TV as an early Christmas gift, and I really like it. The 4K picture is beautiful and the image quality is better than my other 4K television. The remote is the most advanced I've used. It's like using a mouse with a cursor to navigate around the screen. Sound is actually really good too. Very happy with my new television.

I purchased this TV a few months ago and it is larger and clearer than my previous plasma TV but the remote control is very touchy and confusing. In addition sometimes the sound does not play at all and the TV must be unplugged from power for a reboot to correct it. In summary, it was affordable and a good value, but it takes some getting used to.

I initially went with a cheap TV (different manufacturer) and realized the picture really sucked compared to the OLED .Soooooo ……..I went and got the OLED 42” and have been very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a 12 year old 42" LG TV that worked great but wasn't big enough for the area above the mantel in our new home. Purchased a 65" LG that looks beautiful; no border to speak of, it's ultra thin and has a great picture. We also love the fact that there is need for only one remote and being a smart TV it is set up for all streaming services. A word of advice, always go bigger if you can. We considered a 55" but are happy we went with our 65". And our old LG is mounted in a spare room and doing just fine.

Picture is very good. Access to other apps (Hulu, HBO Max, Paramount) is easy. But when I leave the apps it sometimes takes a while to get back to Dish Network. I will select Dish and it will take me somewhere else. Also, when I use the browser to go see something on the internet, it seems that when what I am viewing goes to a commercial, it shuts down what I am viewing. And then LG will pop up with "suggestions for viewing" that I didn't request. It gets very frustrating.

We bought this tv a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The set up was extremely easy and the quality is outstanding! The picture is very clear and the sound is much better than our previous tv. I would highly recommend this television to anyone looking in the 50" range.
