I had a battery powered one. but the battery would not stay charged so I got the electric one. it worked great loved it kept stepping on the cord so it kept coming unplugged. the only other thing I wished the chain bar was just a little bit longer. but otherwise i loved it. it did a great job for what I needed it to do.

Easy handling last week. Able to use right away. Except the plug on end didn't fit with our extension cord which was disappointing. Would be good to show end of cord so correct cord could be available. Selling an extension cord choice to use right away would be useful addition and helpful. Worked well cut up lots of branches of a fallen tree. Worked great. This saw is safe and easy to use.Thanks recommend the purchase of this saw.

Very quick/sharp to cut, safe, easy to use. I also bought the extension pole and think the saw is just a little too top heavy for me to use, so that will be left up to my husband. All in all it is a great product and again holds up the the WORX name. PS: This is my 3rd WORX tool I have now.

I bought this to help with tree trimming but I had some winter tree damage when a 20 foot branch came down in a storm. I opened the box set things up and in short time had the limb cleaned up and in little pieces in the trash that went out that morning.

I could not be happier that I bought this saw. My husband (yes, I am a woman) was worried that I would lose limbs. But I cut down 2-20ft buck thornes while he was at work. When he came home, he could not believe his eyes. I was standing among 4 piles of limbs and trunks that I had just cut. Then entire next day I cut them into smaller pieces and stacked them in the back to dry. There is now more sun on another tree and breezes come through that we have not felt for years. I am thrilled. My one criticism is that you need to include instructions for re setting the chain when it comes off. We figured it out but instructions would have been nice to have.

I have a large Eastern Cedar in my front yard that grows too close to my house. In the past I've used a combination of loping sheers and a reciprocating saw to trim it back, but removing even a few limbs is a big job. Using the JawSaw I did this year's job in about half the time. Very easy and safe to cut 2-inch branches that are often difficult to reach with a conventional saw - like a knife through butter. On the ground I had the branches cut to 4-foot lengths quickly, and bundled for curb pickup.

The first time I went to use the Jaw Saw, it stopped working. The saw guard would be OK if you didn't put the extension handle on it. For cutting over your head, you need to see the cut that the blade is making. If you didn't use the extension, you;d be close enough to see the cutting process of the blade. Mine was sent back defective, and I got one without the guard and it works great.

The lightweightness and the protective cover over the chainsaw are great for me. I am a small person with disabilities and this works for me great. I am able now to do the yard work that needs to be done without having to worry about the chainsaw coming back and hurting me.

I bought the JAWSAW with the extension pole at the beginning of July because I wanted something that I could handle to take care of limbs too big for my loppers and to be able to reach branches a little higher. I have really enjoyed working with it and it is safer than a regular chain saw. The only thing I regret is not realizing I could get a battery operated saw so I don't have to drag an extension cord out to use it.

I got this "JawSaw" last year for myself. I like it so much that I gave another to my son for his birthday. This way I wouldn't need to go to his house to get it back after he would borrow it. I have used this to cut up dead branches that fall from our silver maples in our yard. The trees are 80 to 100 feet tall and about 90 years old. I used it to remove an old pivot hedge almost effortlessly. The hard work was cleaning up the cuttings. I am leery of regular change saws because of the dangers and my inexperience using them. The WORX JawSaw is much more safe and does the work I need it for extremely well.
