Boy, was this product a lemon! The chain came off the sprocket within 20 minutes of use despite my wife and I reading the instructions and taking all the necessary pre-operational steps. We spent hours trying to put the chain back on the sprocket to no avail. We've lost 2 weeks of work time and now I have to return the product to our local Walmart store. REally disappointing.

I have only just started using my WorkX JawSaw. I was hesitant at first that it would cut through easily but I found it to be a huge help in triming the dead branches and shaping the trees. I am very happy with the product and will reccommend it to friends.

I purchased this tool to make the job of cutting long branches on the ground easier compared to using a chainsaw and constant branch manipulation. The fact that I can just walk along the branch, make cuts where it sits and not really have to worry about cutting into the ground is awesome! Plus the timing of the purchase turned out to be perfect considering a wind storm knocked a large tree branch onto my shed after I received the saw. The extension and the teeth in the jaw allowed me to make cuts that would have otherwise been very difficult and much more dangerous than what I was able to achieve with the WORX JawSaw and Pole.

I bought this a month ago based on the reviews. I immediately went out and trimmed my 6 crepe myrtles and it was so easy to operate. Even with an arthritic shoulder, I was still able to lift this saw and cut down all the branches into 8 foot segments for haul away. Highly recommend!

Wow, I was very surprised with this tool. When I unboxed this saw the first thing I noticed was that it was sturdy and built to last. Next was how easy it was to add the extension pole and use the quick start guide so that I could get right to work. The saw was easy to use and was able to cut through branches and limbs that were just as thick as the jaws. I was skeptical at first but now I am a believer, this is a great tool.

I bought this 3weeks ago and as a 74 yr old woman found it very easy to get ready for the first use. It is not to heavy for me to manage and it is easy to use. I have a regular 18 inch bar chain saw and kids made me promise not to use it as it tends to buck sometimes. Had no problem with this one at all wish I had bought it when it first came out.

Bought this saw right after moving to a property with lots of trees. Was very impressed with the ease of use. The product is balanced very well and makes it very easy to use. Both high and low hanging limbs (bought the extension) came down with ease. Product feels very high in quality and I can highly recommend.

I started buying Worx products for sometime now, they are light weight and very easy to use.the price is right and the products are worth it. I got the jaws saw 5ft extender to have when the time comes and I have a branch that is too far up to reach. When I put the saw and extender together, it is a lot heavier then I would of liked, but it will get the job done, if not by me, then by who ever I hire. I love these products

I just recently purchased the JawSaw to help with small cleanup jobs around the house. We have a lot of trees that drop limbs in small storms, and it is great for quick cleanup jobs. It is light enough that anyone can use it. It allows me to use the chainsaw for the bigger limbs while someone else takes care of the smaller work.

I am a widow, living alone, with a bad right arm. Most power tools are too much for me to handle, but when a limb broke out of a tree in my front yard, I was able to take care of it without having to wait for someone to come and help me. This (and the other WORX tools have made my life a lot easier!
