The zippers open by themselves when I walk. Loss everything.

Horrible zippers. Lost several items due to zippers opening. Have purchased several Swissgear backpacks in the past and never had an issue.

You can not use the back two zipper compartments. I am returning this item immediately, do not purchase. I used my last Swiss backpack for 6 years

I bought this for school for my son and am very happy with the quality of it better then the rest very durable likely to last for years and fits all his necessities glad I picked this one instead of others.

This is a sturdy and well made backpack. I use it for work and work travel. I don’t overstuff it with clothes and books. I use it for my laptop and accessories. Great bag for work and traveling.

I like the backpack unfortunately, the part that is supposed to help when traveling opens up really easy, even just picking it up. I don't know if the zipper is damaged or the way all are.

rides on my suitcase handle at the airport, holds my large laptop, lots of labeled pockets for stashing necessities. The zippers will open up on you if you don't close them all the way to one end or the other.

Love this. Bought 2, 3 years ago to take to Europe. Has alot of storage, easy to carry, holds so much. Quality made. Use it all the time for laptop.

I love Swiss Gear. Very solid brand! I got a sling purse from them a few years ago still like new. So I knew they don't disappoint!
