Great backpack! Tons of pockets! My granddaughter loved it!

I loved the compartments of this bag, but found out quickly I had the same issue with the zippers as others here. Mine was unzipping with barely anything in it. I was not confident it would not unzip even with the zippers at the bottom or to one side. They unzipped with VERLY LITTLE pressure. I tend to pack mine to the brim. Had to take it back. Have had a Swiss Gear suitcase for decades with no issues. This was disappointing. It was very light too.

I bought this backpack few months ago. It is a nice backpack but Zippers are very loose and it unzips itself. My laptop has a nice flight out of the back pack as the zipper was unzipped; luckily I had a small damage on it. Once again; it is a nice looking and useful laptop if the Zippers were stayed closed.

I've purchased my third of these. One black, one gray, and now the second black version. Overall similar but pocket layout slightly different. I see the top rated comment about it being the USER ERROR for not setting the zippers to one side. RUBBISH. Will that HELP? YES. BUT THE FIRST TWO BAGS purchased over the last few/several years S DID NOT, AND DO NOT EXHIBIT THAT BEHAVIOR. WE'RE IT A DESIGN IDEA IT WOULD COME WITH A WARNING. I DID NOT NEED TO FIND IT THROUGH TRIAL AND WRITE A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON with my belongings being strewn across pavement and DAMAGED. Moreover, were it a design tender it would come with a warning. It does not. And when you watch their own VIDEOS ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE & YOUTUBE show the user having maximum access and PARKING THE ZIPPERS AT THE TOP OF THE BAG. They've changed to a different zipper. Perhaps, the new zipper is stronger, less likely to get jammed/stick/caught...?... BUT this is a FATAL FLAW. Can't coach every person that will buy them, it every kid/family member, team member that might use it. THERE ARE LAPTOPs, TABLETS, PHONES MEDICATIONS, TOOLS, ETC THAT ARE PAYING THE PRICE. DISASTROUS CHANGE IN DESIGN. Having has two previously that I loved, I assumed I was careless and didn't close it! So yes, I've experienced the same things more than once, and in relatively rapid succession. Thinking I've become careless or forgetful, I became vigilant... And trained to put the zippers as suggested in a up positive comment together to one side at the bottom... But they still open a little bit. The reduced friction zipper is to slippery. Period. Full stop. Mic drop... Along with clients valuables. DROP I am reaching out to Swissgear /Wenger looking for resolution. Tragcal change in usability, regardless if well intentioned. THE NEGLIGENCE BORDERS ON A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. NOT EVERYONE IS CARRYING SCHOOL BOOKS. FAIL.

Very good quality at the lowest price of all places that carried this model. Ordered online, and they brought it to my car.
