Great backpack! I bought it as a gift for my husband and he loves it. All the pockets and compartments help him keep everything organized. He takes it to his work everyday

This is the second generation of this pack pack for my son, and we are obsessed. So many practical pockets, smooth zippers, lots of room. Highly recommended.

Amazing quality, so many pockets. we are using the sunglass pocket for masks for easy access. Amazing backpack, when my son comes home every day he comments how much he loves this backpack.

Good brand & quality. However, larger than I need for a travel backpack. After getting it home and checking in detail I determined it was too large for my needs…and returned it.

The nicest Backpack I have ever owned for a laptop. Very durable and able to carry a lot of items with all the various pockets. Stands up to weight as well.

I had a similar Swiss backpack for years and I travel for work frequently and it held up great. I decided to replace it with this one and it has been great too. Excellent quality

I have a couple of these backpacks. The seam started to come apart on the top near the handle. I submitted a claim to Swiss online and submitted all of the required information. They took 3 weeks to respond only to reject my claim. They stated that I was missing essential information. The “missing information” was never requested in their warranty portal. They appear to be a company that offers a long warranty, but plan to never fulfill it. They ignore you, then reject the claim. They don't even give you the option to submit the additional information they wanted. They expected me to start the process all over again. They just want your money then for you to go away. Thankfully Sam's Club has a great return policy. I just returned it for a refund. I hope they have a way of getting a refund for the poor quality product from Swiss.

To all that say the zippers on the two main compartments don't say zipped, please close the two zippers to the side or bottom of the bag. If you zip at the top, it pulls them apart and drops everything. Bag is fine when zipped the way I'm explaining.
