The brand is Swiss Gear but this thing is like a Swiss Army knife. It protected my iPad but had several pockets including a built in hard case for my glasses. It held all my snacks, wires, medications, and a change of clothing The side buckles allowed me to compact and expand it as needed. The shoulder straps were wide padded and very comfortable. Best of all it allowed me to be hands free while traveling and could fit under the airplane seats in front of me. Highly Recommend!!

Nice backpack with lots of features. I bought this one to replace an older swiss gear backpack. This one has better positioned pockets than the old one and the padding against your back seems nicer. It was also a good buy at sams compared to numerous online sources i checked

This backpack has tons of room. There are several interior pockets to keep everything well organized. Great for business travel. Plenty of room for a laptop and tablet plus all cords with enough room to pack extra clothing and personal items. Comfortable to carry. Would definitely recommend!

The zipper flew open on the back and everything felt hard. It didn't stay closed, had problem with it all the time. The latches don't go all over the back to keep it together, which was dumb. Unfortunately, advanced tech loved and it sucked that it felt open.And I could pick everything up when we were running late

As other's have mentioned, this is not a good backpack. Crummy zippers which stick for no reason, uncomfortable to wear, few zipper compartments, and tiny. I purchased this to use for work to carry my laptop and literature. In comparison to my previous work bags (High Sierra and Ogio), this is a sad backpack. Don't let the 17" laptop compartment fool you. This pack is 1/3rd smaller than any othe standard backpack I've owned. It might work for a child or a small womam, but for an average size grown man, this is tiny and doesn't cut it. I will be purchasing another bag (Not Swissgear) to replace it.

I needed a roomie, well made, airline compliant carry-on with multiple zippered compartments for a recent extended trip that I had planned. this backpack fit all my shopping points. It also easily slipped over the handle of my roller bag and fit under the seat in front of me on the plane. I felt that it was secure both from a construction standpoint and from the comprehensive zippered pockets.

I purchased for a recent trip to New Mexico to see family and I love it. It has lots of room and is the same brand as my carry on. Fits perfectly uder the seat and has a strap on the back that fits on my carry on, so I'm only pullling 1 pc of luggage.

Bought for my 7 year old to use as a laptop/bookbag. Holds everything and I love the labeled compartments. The shoulder straps don’t have as much cushion as my High Schoolers NorthFace Recon. The sunglasses pouch is great to store extra mask or treats you don’t want smooshed in your book bag I was pleasantly surprised and purchase again.

This backpack is super spacious, comfortable and sturdy. It has many pockets, it accommodates everything you want. The straps are very padded and comfortable. The only thing is that since the zippers are so smooth, with movement they open a little, but besides that, it’s perfect!

It was expensive but it delivered! Seems well-made, fits my teen grandson's frame perfectly, is relatively lightweight, and has lots of pockets that can be used to organize the school supplies he takes back and forth to and from high school every day, including lunch and snacks.
