I just got my unit back from repair and it water hammers really bad, I put a hammer arrestor on it and the house pipes are still but the hose to the unit still hammers.. other than that I love it

I bought the bb 600 two weeks ago and I love how it cleans and looks in the bathroom. Should had one a long time ago. the warm water washer is a great feature with the warm dryer. Very easy to in stall .

Seat works great, Instructions should include that the wireless control panel should be very close to the seat switch. When reattached the control panel even with the switch the buttons worked.

I was able to hook this up myself in less than 10 minutes and did not even have to ask my boyfriend for help. Works great. Love the simplicity and the clean feel that you get after use.

What did I ever do without this toilet seat?!!! It is amazing and the whole family fights over using our master bath because of it. Just the heated seat alone is worth it but all the added feature work great! I don't have one complaint.

I have owned several styles and brands of bidets in the past. By far the BB-800 is the best value. No other unit has come close to the durability, and pressure that this seat has. All other are weak compared to this.

I loved this while recovering from surgery and have continued to use it as much as possible. The warm seat and water sprays are very therapeutic. Much gentler and cleaner than toilet paper.

Has all the features I need and works well. The attached control panel is helpful in a small washroom. Had a problem with the original nozzle which BioBidet replaced right away.

I bought it several years ago for the purpose of providing cleaning for my wife that needs full care. It is versatile (many settings for cleaning) a warm seat, and easy to use.
