used it one time and then it started saying there was a paper jam and there is no paper jam i tried to reset it and theres no reset button i unplugged it waited a few mimutes and still didnt work do not waste your money buying this product

Interesting that almost all of the reviews are people who received this printer as a free promotion in order to have it reviewed.🤷🏻‍♀️ i would be very interested in reviews where the buyer bought it full price.

I don’t like that scanning is slow and tedious due to no auto document feeder but the worst feature is there isn’t a standby mode. This MODEL DOES NOT bring double side. Sent back.

I work in IT and this model is complete junk! It failed with less than 20 jobs on it ,30 days after the 1 year warranty expired! So it did not get replaced or repaired. Brother makes monochrome laser printers for cheaper that last a good 5-10 years.

Just got this and it’s junk. We spent hours trying to figure out how to AirPrint and couldn’t get it to print. You have to jump through a bunch of flaming hoops to print with this no thx. It seems really cheaply made. DONT BUY THIS!

I did not like they left the boxes outside in the rain when there is a porch that they could have left them on not to do that they did not ring the doorbell

Love everything about it except for the fact that the transfers faded after putting them on a T-shirt and washing them. I'm not sure if that's the printers problem or the ink itself

My Epson printer, which initially performed well, disappointingly lost its ability to print in colour and deteriorated in grayscale print quality just after a year of use.

Printer does not stay connected to WiFi, prints slow but decent quality.

Bought this for sublimation only. Printed good at first but the ink tanks started leaking about 8 months later. So had to stop using the printer.
