Just got this and it’s junk. We spent hours trying to figure out how to AirPrint and couldn’t get it to print. You have to jump through a bunch of flaming hoops to print with this no thx. It seems really cheaply made. DONT BUY THIS!

Interesting that almost all of the reviews are people who received this printer as a free promotion in order to have it reviewed.🤷🏻‍♀️ i would be very interested in reviews where the buyer bought it full price.

It is not even a month after buying it. I just print the test page and after that one error after another. There is no way to fix the problems. The only solution is to throw it away and buy another brand.

I work in IT and this model is complete junk! It failed with less than 20 jobs on it ,30 days after the 1 year warranty expired! So it did not get replaced or repaired. Brother makes monochrome laser printers for cheaper that last a good 5-10 years.

I don’t like that scanning is slow and tedious due to no auto document feeder but the worst feature is there isn’t a standby mode. This MODEL DOES NOT bring double side. Sent back.

I did not like they left the boxes outside in the rain when there is a porch that they could have left them on not to do that they did not ring the doorbell

Love everything about it except for the fact that the transfers faded after putting them on a T-shirt and washing them. I'm not sure if that's the printers problem or the ink itself
