This wireless color printer is an all-in-one cartridge-free printer, scanner, and copier. This printer is easy to use & gets the job done. This EcoTank ET-2400 uses high-capacity, refillable ink tanks instead of cartridges. Thus, you do not have to worry about running out of ink and save a lot on replacement ink. I can save up to 90% off ink replacement bottles instead of ink cartridges. That is enough to print 4,500 pages black/7,500 color, equivalent to about 90 individual ink cartridges. The ET-2400 provides excellent printing quality and high-resolution scanning, making it an ideal printer for everyday use. The printer includes two years of ink in the box, so you do not have to worry about running out of ink. It produces sharp text & stunning color photos and graphics on almost any type of paper with its unique Micro Piezo Heat-Free technology. It comes with wireless connectivity & voice-activated printing, and simply downloading the Epson Smart App makes it easy to print from my smart device. This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-2400 Wireless Color Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I received the printer and was excited to set it up and use it. It was fairly easy to set up and get it running and off I went printing. I used it to print a bunch of information that I needed to keep handy and some pictures to see what the quality of the images was like. Everything printed clearly and pretty quickly as well. I was really impressed with this printer and found it to be a very high-quality item that my family will be using for many years. This is a printer that was a great surprise and I love the ease of using it.

I’m really disappointed. I got this as a Christmas gift to myself this past year, and have only used it maybe 15-20 times since. Slowly the color stopped working. I thought it might be out of ink already, so purchased a bunch to have on hand, but nope! It was completely full. I tried to do updates, move things around so the ink could get moving again. And nothing. Now I’m stuck with a pile a junk with 2 sets of spare ink! It’s terrible when you pay over $200 for something and it won’t work after a few uses!!! Epson should replace this for me to regain confidence in them!!!

I’d give it zero stars. It’s unreliable, doesn’t stay connected to devices, doesn’t stay connected to wifi, prints blank sheets at random despite making printer noises. Have to delete and re install drivers, turn it on and off, I want to take a bat to it. Worst printer I’ve ever owned.

I have been happy with this printer I purchased for the most part. There are some things that could be different that would improve it. There is no digital display which I did not realize before I purchased it. If you want to change any settings or do anything with it you have to do it through the app on your phone. That is really inconvenient. It has been printing ok until recently, it now has lines running through anything I print. I've ran the print head cleaner and it still does the same thing. I'm not sure what causes that but it's pretty annoying.

Print quality is great, however, everything off iPhone must be saved to a file in order to print. Other option is to screenshot what you are trying to print and save to photos. It is not compatible with air print. Very disappointed with that feature.

ATTENTION DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER, This printer is a nightmare it doesn’t have AirPrint so you won’t be able to print from your iOS device it’s not easy to use and the support center will not help you with your issues I’ve been waiting on them, I don’t even have 2 months of use and it broke down all lights flashing and now it’s not working and nobody helps on the customer support they said they will and nothing has happened since DO NOT BUY

Too expensive to break after minimal use for 2 years. I haven't even used all the initial colored ink. It has had minor print quality issues since beginning. Finally now it is disabled and lights indicate ink pad at end of life? What the heck??? It is making whistles and pops. I'm so disappointed. The only reason it has any stars is that the scanner works. I also tried to submit request for help through the site but that will not go through. Overloaded with issues??? I expected more for a product Shaq was willing to endorse.

When you print photos on good glossy quality paper, the sheet get stucked inside the printer and you have to start one again, with waste of ink and paper. And when the print goes through, sometimes it shows colored stripes at the bottom of the page. This happens 2 out of 5 times you try to print a photo. It works fine only when you print regular documents, but not photos. Very disappointed

This printer is very basic, lacking feeder scanning or multipage. scanning has to be page by page and it really gets bad if you are scanning double face pages. the sheet feeder is at the back occupying more space to accommodate paper. finally, if you are running IOS and Windows simultaneously, the printer would not function unless you have IOS 11 or higher, but even though, cloud printing would give you issues.
