This has been a really disappointing printer. We purchased this model in the Club as it was on a significant discount. Unfortunately there seems to be a reason these are so cheap because they stop working after a couple of months with significant streaks and/or missing pages during prints. I appreciate there is a warranty but I cannot afford to wait for the hassle of a repair process and will be returning this printer for these reasons.

Junk. Took 3 hours to install drivers and have the PC see it. Then it took another hour for it to prime the ink. I'm quite PC literate and have setup 100's of printers over the last 30 years. This was the worst and will be the last time I consider Epson devices.

It has to be hooked up to 2.4ghz and will not connect to 5ghz WIFI. This caused troubles and extended set up time. It also did not print from my android phone very well. It printed part of a document and then stopped. Print quality when printing from my computer was good. I would not recommend this product because of the WIFI issue.

No general instructions on how to use it. No explanation of even the buttons, and what they do. I have a 6 month old HP laptop and the wifi will not connect even after down loads. I went to print and the front cover fell open from vibration. The only thing easy is loading the ink. I am returning it.

I was so excited about this printer due to not needing cartridges. That is where the convenience ended. i didnt realize not having a control window was going to be an issue until i had trouble syncing it with my pc. Returning it for next level. Hopefully this one is better. I had no issues with the print quality. Printed invites for my SIL birthday/retirement party and they were beautiful and barely used much ink.

we are on the second one now, TWO that have ZERO connectivity to either the Chromebook or MacBook pro. There is very little communication with the app, as I have tried many avenues to remedy the headache, which is The Epson EcoTank 2400. And seeing the return process is so excruciating, we are out over $400 now and stranded with two printers that, if there is a print that is produced, the quality of the print is terrible, blotchy and never saves settings within the program. The BBB should be investigating this nonsense.

Sorry Epson, this is a fail. I barely used this thing, maybe 2-3 prints over a couple of years, the ink heads have solidified. I bought a cleaning kit to run through the heads, blank pages are all I get. Does it say in the paperwork to run a print check page every week?

I got this one to convert into sublimation. Works amazingly. Print time isn’t to bad
