The main problem I had was I could not get it to connect to WiFi. The printer works great but it has to be wired to work.

Paper does not feed properly without assistance. Goes in crooked unless I assist in feed. Overall a nice printer.

easy to set up. the printer cost just 30 dollars more than replacement cartridges for my old printer

I'm really pleased with the quality and ease of use. The refillable ink is great and it doesn't a lot great for home and small businesses.
