I bought this a few months ago and am so impressed with how the quality is and how I never had to replace the ink one time, I have printed around 400 borderless photos/pages and it went down on ink a bit but still extremely saving me money as I migrated from a OfficeJet 8022 and was wasting like $30. The scanning is high-quality. Could have a USB cable in the box but connects easy with Linux (Raspberry Pi OS) and iOS/iPadOS. The capacity is soo good too with 5000-7000 pages.

This is the worse printer that I have ever purchased. Printer setup and connecting to WiFi is time consuming. Printing is slow. The worst part about this printer is that you cannot print directly from your phone or iPad. Instead, you have to go through their app which glitches and doesn't work all the time. This is not an air printer…it's awful!

Extremely complex to use for no reason. There’s always an issue with something: missing colors, software that needs updating every freaking day and still doesn’t work properly. Printing isn’t as costly as with other printers, and that’s the only positive, but I’m constantly fighting just to get my work printed. I wish I could give a good review, but I can’t :(

Since I have purchased this printer I've only been able to print 4 times. The printer does not properly connect, its almost impossible to print, it has its own wifi network name, you can't just push print, you have to connect to its network and not be on the internet. And then when I do print, everything is in CODE!! not user friendly at all, I bought this in August 5, 2025, im not even sure if I can return it, but Id definitely want my money back!

This is the absolute worst printer I have ever purchased. I will never use an Epson printer again. It decides to just disconnect from the network for absolutely no reason and it's useless. I plugged in a new printer with a different brand and it works just fine on the same network while the Epson isn't functional.

So, to get away from ink cartridges and the trap they put you in (I won't mention names but you know who you are). We invested in this printer, setup, wow that was a lengthy process but pretty straight forward given the clear and concise directions. Connectivity was kind of hard to manage though, sometimes my printer will lose connection but I think it had something to do with my computer, so many possibilities there to blame the printer. Same thing happened to an old HP printer I had, would lose connection sometimes and take a full day to print, but it would work fine with my phone. So like I said, something to do with the computer, perhaps in the power settings or something, Idk. As far as printing goes, it's a great printer, and we even printed pictures on some high quality glossy paper and our pictures came out sharp and crisp! I am overall satisfied with this printer. I would recommend this line of printers to friends and family. I only wish I had seen the one with the LCD screen earlier, I would've gotten that one instead.

Pain to Connect; directions start easy and fall apart when trying to connect via home internet.

Very good pleased with the Epson printer so far. How long the ink lasts remains to be seen!

Not as easy to set up as they said. Cannon printers are easier. I bought it because of the large ink capacities
