Pretty difficult to connect to wifi. It’s difficult to operate without a screen, but the refill ink is a nice money saver

It's a great little printer however, instead of this printer accept PRINT from a cell phone...it sends the request to a holding area and then you have to select the holding area to move it over to the printer. Exasperating.

I was so excited to get this printer. We have a larger Epson Eco tank that I love but u was wanting something smaller for another office. I have had nothing but problems since about the second week. Paper jams, pixelated or lined printing, etc. I don’t even print many things! Maybe 10-20 a week. Cleaning the ports, test pages…they worked the first time or two but now they don’t help. The only thing that does work good is the wifi connectivity to print from multiple devices. It sends and everything but the printing itself is a train wreck.

Absolutely terrible printer. I was looking forward to this printer. I am a student and I homeschool my child. I plugged it in and filled the ink. It wouldn’t print the first page. The paper jammed, it wouldn’t feed the pages correctly. The most aggravating thing I’ve messed with. To be as expensive as it is you shouldn’t have this much trouble.

The unboxing was pretty easy..I actually like scanning a QR code and allowing my phone to tell me what to do versus trying to read a bunch of small print so that was a plus for me. Installing the ink was a breeze. Although when pulling out the ink bottle when finished, make sure you tilt the bottle upright. I did not and got a couple of small drops on my carpet. Bummer. The print quality is awesome and I haven't had any issues so far!

its a brezze for set up .good photo print an tshirt transfer .seems be pretty good on ink.havnt priced any epson ink yet . soft ware to print not tongood the creatve side of it. butnofnyoubjust doing photos an docsi ts good enough. print from phone is easy.also.

I bought this item for sublimation, you got to download and use the Printer Utilities app and drivers you can find by typing the printer's series on the Epson's website, in order to calibrate the ink distribution for printing with sublimation Inks, but works great, fast and quiet, of course if you set it in High Quality, it will decrease the speed. If you are looking for a good and reliable printer brand with tanks, trust Epson and HP, they are the best!
