I also love being notified when the cycle is done and received a message through my phone. The dyer also has nice jingle at the end of the cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A dryer with a refined and very attractive design. Installation was simple, including the steam hose. I haven't used this feature yet, but it seems to promise good results. The drying process is effective and has the necessary cycles for all types of garments. With its smart wifi connectivity features, you can even monitor how much time is left from your phone and download more cycles. It has internal led light if you need it. The capacity is quite large without being excessive, and it barely makes any noise. If you don't like wrinkles, it has a mode to protect your clothes; it keeps spinning after it's finished until you take it out the clothes.

It's aesthetically pleasing, it has a light (coming from a dryer with no light this is nice), quiet, many different options which can be overwhelming— especially with a generic instruction manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the appearance of the dryer, however, my goal is to have dry clothes once the cycle is complete. Regardless as to whether or not I put in one big comforter or 4 T-shirts and 3 pairs of shorts, the clothes are rarely completely dry. I even had the ductwork cleaned just to be sure there wasn’t another reason preventing complete dryness. The ductwork was fine. I have experimented with different cycles, but the only way to get anything completely dry is to add a lot of additional time. My last dryer, 13 years old, always managed to dry the clothes until it was time to finally replace it. I bought a washer companion unit in when I got the Samsung dryer. The washer seems ok, but I would not purchase another Samsung dryer.

To clarify this review is not for the appliance itself but for the customer service that I have received or the lack of it. I called Sam's Club support line and during the call the representative hung up on me and never called me back. The reason for my call was that the third party that does delivery notify me that they can deliver later than what the estimated date was when I purchase the items and that I was counting on. Had to jump through multiple calls and be transferred back and forth to never get anywhere and get any kind of answer. I'm concerned with this purchase and especially with the long-term warranty that I purchased for all three items, if this is how the start looks like.
