[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dryer. Everything comes out dry and usually quicker thank expected. A very intuitive smart device. Haven't tried all the smart features yet but very clever machine. Plenty of room for clothes. Also makes a little "jingle" song when the dryer is done which is cute to know the load is done and more pleasant than the typical loud buzz noise.

So many great features from steam wrinkle control to the connected app that alerts you when the clothes are done. I especially like how fast it is at drying. Have probably cut our energy bills in half.

To clarify this review is not for the appliance itself but for the customer service that I have received or the lack of it. I called Sam's Club support line and during the call the representative hung up on me and never called me back. The reason for my call was that the third party that does delivery notify me that they can deliver later than what the estimated date was when I purchase the items and that I was counting on. Had to jump through multiple calls and be transferred back and forth to never get anywhere and get any kind of answer. I'm concerned with this purchase and especially with the long-term warranty that I purchased for all three items, if this is how the start looks like.

Bought this about 2 months ago and I am so happy with the product. It washes so clean and quieter than regular machines. Very energy efficient.

The drier is doing exactly what Samsung said it would do and that is great.

Works very well. Usually dry on the first attempt. Very rarely do I have to restart. Love the smart technology that's uploaded to my phone.
