Beef prices expensive, not a bad option if you don't want to spend the full time on a brisket.

Great quality roast. I made vegetable beef soup as well as a roast and potato dinner. Very good.

This is delicious. It's tender and juicy with a little fat that prevents it from drying out. Makes wonderful roast beef. I sous vide mine for about 16 hours at 136 and then browned it. It was wonderful, juicy, flavorful and a perfect medium rare. It also had a nice presentation as well. It comes tied up already so it's very easy to cook evenly. You also can't beat the price. I'll continue to pick these up. This would make a wonderful holiday dinner as well.
