Questionable Roast

Fair flavor, but a little tough and grisly.

Tough beef.

All I can say is that it was a complete disappointment. Lot of gristle and tougher than it should have been. Didn't finish eating it.

Best tasting roast

This was the best roast we’ve had in a very long time. My spouse hate “stringy” meat so roast can be a little tricky. I browned it on all sides and cooked covered in the oven at 400 degrees for thirty minutes then turned down the temp to 325 and cooked for an hour. It was delicious! Will be stocking up on these!

.Prep 5 min., cook 8 hours, delicious result!

We love Sam's CLub Meat products. I bought this the day we had relatives coming over for dinner. One pack of Au Jus seasoning with one pack of ranch seasoning topped with one stick of butter cut up into small pieces. We added our vegetables of choice and cooked it on low in a crock pot for 8 hours. Zero trouble and when we pulled it out it was literally falling apart. It was one of the best roasts we have ever made, and the price for this meat was exceptional compared to our local grocery store.

Our favorite roast

If you’re on the hunt for a high-quality, flavorful cut of meat for your next family gathering or special occasion, the Member's Mark Choice Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast is a fantastic option worth considering. This roast is known for its rich flavor and versatility, making it a great choice for various cooking methods, from slow roasting to grilling. Quality and Appearance: Upon unboxing the roast, I was impressed by the marbling and color of the meat. The marbling is essential for ensuring a juicy, flavorful roast, and Member's Mark does not disappoint here. The sirloin tip roast has a nice balance of lean meat and fat, promising tenderness without being overly fatty. The deeper red hue of the meat suggests freshness, and it was vacuum-sealed for optimal preservation—always a plus in my book. Preparation and Cooking: Preparation was straightforward; I seasoned it with a simple blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary to let the natural flavors shine. I opted for a slow-roasting method, cooking it at a low temperature to ensure even cooking and tenderness. The roast was easy to work with, and I appreciated the absence of any tough connective tissue that can often be found in lesser cuts. After a couple of hours, the aroma wafting through my kitchen was nothing short of divine. When it was finally time to slice into the roast, the meat was perfectly cooked—medium-rare throughout, with a beautiful pink center. Each slice revealed tender, juicy meat that held up well under my knife. Taste and Texture: The taste was absolutely delightful. The Member’s Mark boneless sirloin tip roast has a beefy flavor that is enhanced by the marbling. It was tender enough to be cut with a fork, yet retained enough texture to feel hearty. The seasoning complemented the natural flavors well, and those who enjoy a robust beef taste will not be disappointed. It was juicy without being greasy, making it a satisfying centerpiece for any meal. Value: In terms of pricing, Member's Mark products typically offer excellent value, and this roast is no exception. Given the quality and taste, I found it to be quite reasonably priced compared to similar cuts at other retailers. The portion size is generous, making it ideal for serving a family or group, with leftovers also a rewarding consideration. Conclusion: Overall, the Member's Mark Choice Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast exceeded my expectations. It stands out for its quality, flavor, and ease of preparation. Whether you’re hosting a holiday dinner, a weekend family gathering, or simply treating yourself to a delicious meal, this roast is a commendable choice. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their culinary experience without breaking the bank. Truly a delicious and worthwhile addition to your meat selection.

Best meat for beef stew!!

Was unfamiliar with this cut of meat. Purchased for a beef stew and it was the most tender meat we have ever had for beef stew. It was melt in your mouth. We cooked in crock Pot with onions, potatoes, and carrots. add some bbq sauce, Worcestershire, soy sauces. Then add green beans and corn closer to the end of cook once you cube the meat up. Delicious!!!
