We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with Tomcat Bait Stations and appreciate your feedback. Mice will enter the station to consume the bait and then leave it to die elsewhere. Reach out to us here for assistance with our product guarantee: https://www.tomcatbrand.com/en-us/help-center

We apologize that the Tomcat Mouse Killer Child Resistant Refillable Station did not perform up to your expectations. It will take as little as 2 days for the mouse to die after eating the bait. Lack of control may be due to a new mouse in the area. If mice are getting their food from another source, they may not take the bait. We want you to be confident in our products, this is why we offer a product guarantee. If you would like to further discuss this, please contact us here: http://tinyurl.com/gn22bh6
