Thin but taste great!

Bacon taste good but it's sliced so thin that it is hard to pull apart and most of the time you just get a bunch of little pieces. I like thin cut but this stuff is too thin. If you try to cook it on the paper it comes on it all sticks together. It was okay when it was in the white box.

I was so excited to try this bacon, only to be very, very disappointed. I have come to trust and value the MM brand over the years, but this is NOT it. This bacon is so thin, and cut so inconsistently I was easily able to see through all the slices, which are very odd in shape. The fat content is also unacceptably high. Out of our ten pound package, we literally scrapped more than three pounds of it. I love thin bacon, but this is the thinnest I have ever come across, and it is horrible. Also, the parchment paper is poor quality, rips often and sticks to the raw bacon. I would never serve this bacon to a guest in my home, and I would certainly not recommend this product. If I didn't live more than an hour away from my Club, this would be our family's first product return in more than two decades. Save yourself the time, money and frustration on this one. For me, it's a hard pass.

I saw this in the Sam's club and decided to try it. I typically use Members Mark (MM) parchment paper and MM bacon. First of all, the parchment paper is so thin and poor quality, it curls up when heated and the bacon sticks to the paper. It is a terrible outcome. The bacon seems to be a higher fat content than the regular MM bacon. Therefore after cooking, there is not much left. The bacon is sliced ultrathin and some people may like that. I felt as if I should return the box to the store. Instead I have gone back to the MM parchment paper and transferred the uncooked bacon to it to try and salvage what is left over. The final analysis is I would NEVER recommend buying this product. I hope this helps someone and Sam's club reads this comment.

Terrible. Inconsistent cuts of bacon. It's paper thin on one end and normal on the other. Near impossible to get the pieces apart without shredding them. Very fatty and not much flavor.

I have purchased Restaurant Style Bacon from Sam's Club for years-(White cardboard Box). But now, ever since Sams has now branded their own- the bacon is THIN- so thin, that if you cook it to "done" on the parchment- it sticks and breaks up into tiny pieces and sometimes not even releasing from the paper. SO SAD- not sure what I am going to purchase now. Please bring back the thicker slices for those of us who cook this in bulk!

Absolutely disgusting! Only the first few layers look good. The rest is pure fat. Shame on Sam’s for selling this overpriced garbage.
