If you need to cook bacon for a crowd, this is the way to do it. All slices are lined up on parchment paper which makes it so easy for cooking big batches in the oven with very little mess.

We love the restaurant style bacon. It’s perfect for a lot of breakfast ideas. We like that it’s thinner slices and gets crispy but not tough or hard. You can easily break the 10 pounds into smaller packages because it’s divided by paper and you can just roll it up and put it in a freezer bag for easy storage.

Love this! I love the taste and the ease of putting this on a cookie sheet and making it in the oven.... the quality is really good as well as the taste.....

You need to separate the layers and wrap them so it’s easier to grab for meals if you are going to freeze it. The bacon itself is a 5 as is the cost. You just need to put a little effort into it prior to freezing

The bacon was on the thinner side but I am more accustomed to thick cut bacon. I'm mostly using this in recipes instead of frying and eating as is, so it gets the job done. It was convenient to have the bacon on parchment paper that I can roll up and store away but I took a star off because not all of the sheets were consistent. Some were misaligned and folded strangely so the bacon got unfolded from the sheet and I couldn't get it to lay as well as the factory could and other sheets were very sparse and only half filled. This was my first purchase so hopefully this is a one-off. Overall I would recommend the bacon but if you're using it for prepping it can take some extra work.

It tastes great but really thin. It would be great if I were using it for a big breakfast. Not the best option to freeze and use later.

Bought 2 of these and after cooking the thin bacon stuck to the parchment and tore. Could not separate the bacon from the paper and lost a lot. Would never buy this again.

Not as good as last brand they had

I was so excited to try this bacon, only to be very, very disappointed. I have come to trust and value the MM brand over the years, but this is NOT it. This bacon is so thin, and cut so inconsistently I was easily able to see through all the slices, which are very odd in shape. The fat content is also unacceptably high. Out of our ten pound package, we literally scrapped more than three pounds of it. I love thin bacon, but this is the thinnest I have ever come across, and it is horrible. Also, the parchment paper is poor quality, rips often and sticks to the raw bacon. I would never serve this bacon to a guest in my home, and I would certainly not recommend this product. If I didn't live more than an hour away from my Club, this would be our family's first product return in more than two decades. Save yourself the time, money and frustration on this one. For me, it's a hard pass.
