The Gym came up with big parts assembled already (as mentioned in the Item description). It took 10 minutes to set it up. I am enjoying it thoroughly. I also liked the DVD/CD for Exercise details and the display instructions. It would have been nicer to have some adjustments to make the length adjustable. Being it very long (to accommodate 6+ ft guys), some of the exercise for short guys may be a bit awkward. There are lots of videos out there and you can easily get misguided by it. Please pick up the right ones. It is very sturdy and most of rolling parts are so easy to operate without the fear of getting injured. Also, I liked the lock pins, which are so smooth and easy to add/remove. Some of the hand rest assemblies might not be matching with the instructions/directions. But it still mostly works with anyway it is assembled.

A slim, roll away, total gym, budget-friendly with adequate accessories, that leave you with no more excuses! I am most satisfied with this purchase I have made; no more pay deductions for the penny discount my employer gives for the gym! Staying fit in the comfort of my home... priceless!

System comes nearly fully assembled (huge bonus), includes instructions, a workout handbook, and weight/resistance chart (very helpful so that you know how much you're lifting, etc). System also easily folds flat and can be stowed away for space saving.

It won't make you Mr or Ms America but it will keep you moving. Easily set up. Replaced a 20 yo model. Doesn't take up too much floor space.

Solid build. Plenty of attachments. Glad we bought this version instead of cheaper model. Squat stand is a little small.

It looks kind of daunting and difficult, but watch the included videos to have the best workout around.

Fits great in the space and is able to be used by all members of the family no matter their skill level

I am happy with the total gym except for the two broken parts & haven't been able to get them replaced yet.

Equipment itself is great. The plastic end caps for the base of the machine broke at the time we were putting it together.
