This neck massager is just what I was looking for. The fit is nice and comfortable and the weight is really comforting. I love the snugness and warmth of it; the material is so soft. The vibrations on my neck and back feel really great and definitely help me relax! It's such a great tool to help wind down!

It's like my own little personal masseuse after a long day at work. The wrap is the perfect weight. it's easy to use and the massager gets all the muscles around my neck. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want to relax and go right to sleep, this massager is for you. The combination of heat, vibration and the weight is the perfect combination. It has a high, weighted neck/shoulder support and heated throughout. Controls for lowering or raising the heat function is conveniently located on the front of the wrap. The lining of the wrap is very soft. The length of the wrap does not cover my entire back. It goes to right above my lower back and I am 6'2". My wife is 5'8" and it covers her entire back. Vibration is perfect and barely any noise. Vibration and heat have 3 levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like this back massager a lot. The material is very soft and comfortable and goes over the neck for easy fastening. There is also an optional waistband that offers a more secure hold. It heats up very quickly and offers three different heat settings. I like to use it on the highest heat as kind of a heating pad and it also works well if you want to use it on your stomach which I did. There are three vibration settings but I didn't love all of them. Typically, I have seen massaging devices offer a steady setting, however, this goes in different patterns where two of the settings have some downtime in between massage patterns. I didn't like this at all but the third pattern goes up first and then down on the back so there is steady vibration but it is not all over and is still a kind of pattern. It is somewhat disruptive, at least to me, but is still relaxing and helpful for back pain. I would have just preferred if there was a different option to have a study vibration/massaging pattern.

The warmth under the weighted wrap is calming and feels nice. As described in the name, it warms, vibrates, and wraps weight around the neck and shoulders. I was hoping for more a a massage feel, which this did not really provide. It is a nice product with soft, comfortable fabric.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice massager. It is soft, comfortable to have on, and easy to use. One downfall to this massager is it has to be plugged in to use. I thought it was able to be charged so you could walk/move around with it but you must be stationary for it to work. It is easy to connect and has a long cord which is helpful. Also the straps around the waist to hold it on and not very big, so it fits a little snug. Otherwise though this is a nice massager. The heat setting is very nice and the massage settings allow you to choose the perfect one for you!

The heat works great and the vibration is nice too. The only thing I don't like is the magnetic strap that you can put around you to hold it in place isn't that strong so it doesn't stay very well. Other than that it's a great product that works!

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish you could change the style of the vibration. Even though you can change the intensity and heat, it's the same style vibrate, which wouldn't have been a beat that I would choose if I had the option. But overall, it feels great and helps me feel refreshed after a long day. The heating component is nice too for these chilly fall nights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this several times, I will say the heat works well but doesn't get very warm and there are three heat levels. It also has three vibration cycles, I say vibration and not massage, because at no point on any part does it feel like a massage, the only way it feels like a "massage' is if you are pushing your back hard against whatever you are sitting in. It has no "massage' in the neck no matter how I adjusted it. This mainly gets your mid and upper back. It shuts off after 30 minutes so you have to turn it on again and let the heat get warmed back up. I am very underwhelmed by this.
