I actually have 2 of these now. The first I bought at the store about 6 years ago and I just had the new one delivered! Much better option because it is really really heavy. It is easy to assemble and the drawers slide nicely.

Assembly was tedious and took a long time, but was straight forward and as good as can be expected with so many drawers, so no real complaints. This is a high quality bench/cabinet for the price. Very happy with the purchase.

Workbench works well and looks great in my garage. Assembly was easy but took a while since it requires the installation of 288 screws. Set aside some time if you are building it yourself.

The rolling workbench is exactly as advertised. It is well made and is assembled exactly as the instructions are written. It was received without any damage, as everything was well protected. A Great buy!

A gift for my husband, felt bad it needed complete assembly. He said it was a lot of work, watched some You Tube videos on it. Great Value, worth 3x at retail!

Normally I don't write product reviews, but on this particular product, I felt compelled to do so. After living with this cabinet for sometime, I feel qualified to point our the features, benefits and drawbacks to this particular product. First, the good stuff. The top is made from a nice thick piece of butcher block wood that is finished off to a smooth finish. The top is nice and sturdy and really at the perfect height as a workbench. The cabinet is portable/movable thanks to the casters. This is great if you desire to roll it away from the wall to sweep behind it or relocate to a different area of your shop. Now for the bad. As others have said, the assembly is quite tedious. EVERYTHING has to be assembled - including the drawers which ship as flat steel pieces. Because they are assembled out of flat steel and not rolled, dirt and debris can accumulate in the cracks where they are assembled. I was really disappointed that the drawers use this type of design. On the topic of the drawers, most are small and are not really made for tool storage. Deep well sockets (stored on end - not flat) or taller tools will not fit in any of the drawers on the right hand side. If you desire to store tools in these drawers, plan on wrenches, screwdrivers or other low-profile items fitting in the drawers on the right. The left hand drawers are deeper and will accommodate larger items, BUT each drawer has a 40lb weight limit! The center storage section is designed awkwardly and not really usable. The shelf is small-ish and not much can fit on it. The roller slides are fragile, and as said by other reviewers, great care must be exercised when installing the drawers - the slides will bend easily rendering them worthless. Probably the most frustrating thing about the cabinet is that the drawers will simply not stay closed. On my unit, when I grab an item from a right hand drawer and shut it with normal force, the drawers on the left will open by themselves. The opposite also happens when using the drawers on the left. For reference, The unit is on level ground and the drawers are not overloaded with weight. I have been in contact with the manufacturer repeatedly, and they have sent various parts to help solve the problem but nothing seems to work. Also as a side note, the stainless finish is horrible for fingerprints. I'd much rather have a less-trendy powercoated finish that wipes clean with a shop rag. All in all, this cabinet is a big disappointment for use in a shop or garage. Personally, I think it's best suited for use in an office, craft room or storage area. Also, I feel it is quite overpriced considering it's design and quality. The drawers are made from thin steel and just feel cheap. I had really high hopes for this unit. I bought it primarily to serve as my tool storage unit and workbench for my rental unit. It's portability attracted me for I can move it to my next rental house when the time comes, but at this point I considering off'ing it and buying a proper tool box. I just wished I hadn't gone through this whole exercise and done that in the first place.

I have three of these units and wish I had more. I use them in a commercial machine shop for tool and measuring instrument storage in front of CNC Mills and Lathes. They are not as heavy duty as a dedicated roll away tool box but they are more practical and at a fraction of the cost. Yes they do show finger prints but so does everything in my wifes kitchen(I cant wait for this stainless steel fad to end then maybe we can go back to Grandmas avacodo green and harvest gold). YIKES!!

This thing is heavy and has lots of parts! You can, however, do most of the assembly yourself. I sorted the parts one day and assembled it in about 2-3 hours the next. It is very heavy so you have to have someone help you upright it then finish it up alone. I put it together for my husband when he was out of town. I love the top--I worry that it will get damaged in his shop, which it will but that is what it is for! My box was missing a small drawer front. I called the number and got a new one in less than a week. I could see using this in a craft room or kitchen. It is great for the low price

I received my toolbox/workbench and am excited about getting it together. I ordered this item to get myself organized and garage cleaned up. As soon as I opened the box the first thing I noticed is the big dents from the forklift that picked it up at the warehouse. Then another dent where someone stepped on the box. The metal seems flimsy when your unwrapping everything but once its together its pretty sturdy. Overall for the price its great. I recommend using a cordless drill with a Philips end on it to put this together since it has a tone of screws. 3 stars because its packed so tight in the box the sheet metal is easily bent out of shape and its toooooo much to try and get it back in the box to return.

When I knew I was going to remodel my kitchen, I started looking at mobile kitchen islands and the standard all wood ones either didn't have the features I wanted (not enough drawers) or were too expensive (over $600). I also wanted to use it as a temporary kitchen during remodeling. Yes, it took 2 people about 3 hours to put it together, but it is quite sturdy. I put plates, bowls and serving dishes in the larger left hand drawers and utensils in the smaller right hand drawers. Even after the remodel I prefer keeping everything in it. Everything is very organized, it is an OCD dream, : drawer 1) silverware 2) knives 3) spatulas and wooden spoons 4) wisks and tongs 5) flat graters, etc. 6-8) odds & ends and house tools. I can also roll it over to the dish washer when I unload it; very convenient.
