I got the worst and laziest person to come and assemble my dresser. today I was poked by a screw under my son dresser after the bottom seem loose so I went ahead and pulled them all out and realized the guy from Angi did a horrible botched job. I’m not sure if he didn’t have the proper tools or just wanted to rush but under my son dressers all the screws are bent and one is completely off causing me to cut myself

Never received the service. Twice neither person showed up to complete my request for my dresser assembly. First person messaged me and asked for a picture of the 5 drawer dresser then never showed up. Second person called 2 hours later stating his Dr appointment went over and his phone died as to why he didn’t show up.

Normally I opt to assemble myself but this time I'm so glad I paid the extra to have it done for me. My Handy Pro was great. Very professional. Assembled my dresser in just over an hour (last time I assembled my own dresser it took me about two days). Cleaned up after himself and even offered to take my old dresser out of my apartment for me.

The item has good quality bought with its price, it was easy to assemble I did it alone it took me an average of 3 hours because you should not use a drill and everything is Manual, the explanation guide is very clear and easy to understand, I recommend this article

disliked- it was suppose to be done Friday and today is Sunday. dislike- that i had to download the angi app and register liked- the young man was very professional liked- he took out all the trash liked-he was on time and finished in the alloted time. liked- he made sure the bookcase was secure.

Awesome service. Vincent was a true pro very respectful, cleaned up the work space. He worked very hard on the unit. Checked every piecee for damage before starting. The only issue was the guy was scheduled for 90 mins. He was here over 3 hours. There were too many piece parts for one person to do in 90 mins. Maybe 2 might have gotten it done. I will definitely use Handy again

This didnt even last six months. My tech didnt build my dresser correctly because theres a screw missing and it caused the drawer to break. What is the point in paying for expert assembly if you just have to pay for new furniture because they break it

whatever you do listen to me angi is the worst company ever to deal with the whole thing was a hassle i felt like i was running in circles with them i paid for 3 pieces of furniture to be assembled and only had one scheduled the one that was scheduled did not even get completed the guy came and assembled 2 out of the 3 piece dresser set because his "drill died" we agreed on 12:30 the next day and he still did not show up so i called and followed up he told me he was busy and that he would let me know when he was coming he never called so i let about 4 hours go by before following up again he told me it would take him about an hour and he would be here to assemble the laster dresser he still did not show up so now i've had to go through all this hassle between walmart and angi when it comes to getting a refund back for all of the assembly services long story short just order the furniture and call someone to install it this ended up being the better deal for me i ended up getting my furniture installed by a local company for less of the price

Love using Angie. They kept track of items coming; adjust schedule for early delivery of furniture and was on time, professional and funny. Side note: if you buy multiple items you have to paid for each item service- at least I believe that’s how it is. If I’m wrong please comment. Otherwise a great experience and would use the service again.

So far, they have been up twice and not completed assembly that I paid for. Both times they said they had other assignments ready to do instead of my assignment.. the guarantee of assembly and timeline she’s not the ability. As of now all I have the box parts..
