The item has good quality bought with its price, it was easy to assemble I did it alone it took me an average of 3 hours because you should not use a drill and everything is Manual, the explanation guide is very clear and easy to understand, I recommend this article

disappointed on Angie's list call several times several days to change the date of them coming for the building pressure not too happy I couldn't get through then the computer said that it would keep my place it didn't not too happy call the office they said that they were very busy a lot of calls that's not my problem they should have stayed on it called me back 4 days later and still hasn't called me back but that's what the girl told me they were very busy that didn't work with me always thought Angie's list was great I've heard of them and maybe next time we'll check on it and see the man that came to work on it was excellent Benjamin oh excellent excellent he had to stand out and a half more because when the people said that he'd be here for an hour and a half they didn't ask the guy that built it it took him more time unless he would do it halfway but he did a good job excellent the people that I got the man I got was excellent thank you very much B.Maguire

Will never use Angi again to assemble products from Walmart. Difficult to communicate with a real person at either place. Took me three tries to get drawer system built because they didn’t read communications on Angi platform. Final builder left styrofoam inside drawers and between glass top where it was difficult to clean out. Then asked for a “courtesy tip” when it took her longer than expected to finish. As for the drawer system, the drawers are VERY small. Would send back if I hadn’t jumped through hoops to get it built.

The Assembly is not done. The Angie Assembler showed up and open the boxes then left stating Angie only gave him 1.5 hours to complete the job and it will take more time so I need to contact Angie fir another person to come out. It is extremely difficult to reach Angie for service so I’m returning the dresser and I need a refund of my money paid for assembly.

When I first saw all those screws and bolts my thoughts were this is not gonna work out right, i also saw the numbers of wooden planks and thought this is now enough wood to make the dresser i saw in the picture. I stand corrected. It turned out to look better.

I feel as if I have paid for inconvenience. It’s not even been assembled and I’m aggravated at the inconvenience. Not only do I have to schedule and reschedule this myself, but now they have contacted me wanting to come later because of a family emergency. If they come later my husband will end up doing it himself. I assumed when I paid for this it would be assembled and sent, not be an inconvenience for me and the weirdness of a complete stranger in my home.

Angie’s never came to assemble my dresser. After 3 reschedules I gave up and sent it back. In smaller towns they claim they can’t find qualified people to do the work. Do not depend on Angie’s list for your job as they are not dependable. Terrible customer service

My service man was quick and very efficient. Did a great job at the task as well. Was even respectful and removed his shoes inside of my home. Took him less than 30 minutes. I wish for the price of assembly that trash take away was included, however, five stars to him.

Assembly booking made a week in advance. Received many emails confirming booking. Agent never showed up. Angi representative not able to correct mistake. Cancelled the booking and requested refund. Will never deal with Angi again. As a result, items that require assembly will not be purchased. Walmart should be aware of the kind of businesses they partner with.
