the delivery company did a bad service they don't have the necessary tools to lift equipment
that weighs more than 400 pounds, (since I live like on a hill, )and they left me my home gym practically on the street,I recommend the item but not the delivery company.bad services!!!!

I love the machine except the bench that has a lumbar arch that hurts my back when I'm doing flat bench and incline bench presses, the manufacture needs to take this out and just have a flat bench.  also, the box was delivered beat up and I was missing a couple of small things.  I still put it together by going to get what I need from the hardware store, but the shippers should not be so rough with the forklifts or make sure properly trained and qualified personnel operate the forklifts.  as far as putting together, I got more out of the videos on youtube but used in conjunction with the paper instructions.  I know of a couple of other design improvements I can suggest if I could speak with the manufacture.  other than that, great machine for my medium strength workouts.  thank you.
