Renewd Faith in Micelin Man

I've often commented to my car guy buddies how happy I was with the Michelin tires I put on my wife's Park Avenue. Specifically I said, "they are the roundest tires I've ever owned" For that very reason they were my brand of choice when replacing my O.E.M. 2002 Chevy Silverado's tires. Alas, after a mere 900 miles I took them back to my dealer with the opposite reason that made me purchase them in the first place. The dealer found all four tires were not round and no amount of computer balancing would make them any better. To my surprise Michelin replaced all four. Day and night difference. The second set are every thing I expected. The ordeal was inconvenient but all things concidered, painless. Thanks to a reputable American Company.

Michelin Quality

I am on my third set of 245/75/R16 LTX MS2 tires and find the quality, performance and balance excellent. I normally get 50-70K miles with rotation and balance check every 4K miles. I have never had a problem with the exception of one tread separation on one tire which was immediately replaced by my Michelin dealer. I have tried several other brands and find they do not meet my standards especially tire balance. Michelin is without peer in this regard. I am especially happy with the performance of my tires in the hot Arizona environment where tire quality is mandatory.

Tires that last forever

This is my second set of these tires. The ones that I just replaced had 120,000 miles on them yea thats right 120,000 miles and they still had 1/4 tread on them and they are on a work van that gets a lot of miles. Also I only had one flat but a couple of tires have nails in them that have been there for many miles.

130,000 miles on each set

I have had 2 sets of Michelin MTX MS2 tires on my 2005 Ford E 150. I drive 40-44,000 a year covering CA, AZ, NV and OR for my company. I have documented getting 130,000 miles per set of tires of highway and city driving. At 285,000 miles on my Van I will now get my 3 Rd set of Michelins- the only tire I will buy. I rotate every 6,000 miles and take care to keep the tire pressure to the proper Lbs. The best tire on the road.

Only tire you'll ever buy

The best tire that we have ever bought for our fleet vehicles. My F-150 Platinum has gotten 100,000 miles plus on each of the last 2 sets. The original tires lasted less than 45,000 miles. Installing another set today. If you need tires, these are the ones!

best on road tire period

my family has used these previous series of this tire on 4 vehicles, light trucks and full size suvs. we consistently get over 70K miles and up to 100K. they wear evenly, ride quiet and smooth on the highway, and are great all around on road tires for any condition. yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for. highly recommended

My favorite light truck tire

I have used this tire on at least 5 different light truck and SUV personal vehicles and continue to purchase. I learned my lesson on every other brand out there. In both 6ply or 10ply it has always given a smooth ride and bites when it is needed in mud snow and wet conditions. I am a firm believer that a vehicle which breaks down will aggravate you but one which will not stop due to poor tires or brakes will kill you.

Great tires!

I decided to get these tires based on other positive reviews. Micchelin tires have always been a sure bet for me and these did not dissapoint. So far at 45,000 miles, the tread has worn evenly and has plenty of life left. I will easily get 70,000 miles out of these tires. I drive a 2004 Nissan Titan and these tires have better traction and are much quieter than the stock tires. Great tires!

Always the best tires around

Put these on my 2011 Jeep Liberty Sport. Couldn't wait for the (upgrade) origional manufacturer tires to wear down enough to justify buying these Michelin tires. Extra smooth, quiet ride on all types of road surfaces. They handle great in curves, and you can actually feel them clinging to the road. I have bought Michelin tires for all my cars for over 30 years without a single problem. Well worth the money!

Class C Motorhome Replacement Upgrade

We recently changed our LTX M/S tires to the M/X 2 version . We have completed the first half of our 4,000 mile excursion and truly notice a substantial difference. The L/X2s provide more stability and accuracy in steering. They also absorb more vibration and roughness of road. We used nitrogen in these and they are delivering better gas mileage as well !!
