this is the best set of ...

this is the best set of tires i have ever had on my F250....smooth good handeling with r without a load...can really tell the difference in the tires when pulling my trailers and even my boat....the tires break really well under a load....the traction is excellent on wet r dry pavement.....they could use a little improvement on dirt/grass/gravel...but the comfort and smooth ride makes up for the difference....interesdting thing is...the tires took very little weight to balance...all 4 took .25 ounces r less....and that is impressive for a 265/75/16...awesome set of tires.

Excellent Tire

This is my 4th or 5th complete set of Michelin tires. I was on the road as a sales manager for over 30 years and can document over 1,000,000 miles on Michelin tires. I have had the fewest problems, better mileage, better wear, quieter ride and better handling with Michelin tires than any other tire that's ever been on one of my personal or company cars. For the money, they cannot be beat.

YOUR SAFETY IS MICHELIN'S TOP PRIORITY

PERFORMANCE, DURABLILITY AND SAFETY. NO ONE BUYING A TIRE SHOULD EXPECT LESS! MICHELIN STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND THEIR CUSTOMER AS WELL. MY 2003 FORD F250 7.3 HAS HAD NO OTHER TIRE IN 251,000 MILES THAT RIDE AS SMOOTH OR WEAR AS WELL AS MY MICHELINS. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND MICHELIN DOES TOO!

Great Tires As Expected!

Michelin has a long, long, long history of manufacturing the highest quality tires worldwide! That reputation is very well earned and deserved! I purchased a new set of LTX M/S2 tires a couple of years ago for my 2008 Nissan Titan, and they have performed flawlessly! They do everything they are advertised to do! That alone makes them a great value! I have never known anyone personally who had anything remotely negative to say about Michelin tires. Now that's a reputation you can trust! This is my first set of Michelin tires. I guarantee you that they won't be my last! I couldn't be happier! Buy Michelin. You won't be disappointed!

Very satisfied with LTX M/S2 tires

I have owned Michelin tires for decades. I have owned three Ford E150 vans. My latest has a 3/4 ton suspension. It rides like a rock and can slide on any slick surfaces. The newest LTX M/S2 tires are formulated to be a little softer and the grip is better. That's what I wanted and that's what I received.

I drove on these tires 105,000 miles

I drove 105,000 miles on these tires with my Ford F-150. It's tough coming up with the extra money that these tires cost over other brands. But, I know that I won't have to buy new tires for several years, that's how long it takes me to drive 105,000 miles. I always buy the Certificate for Repair, Refund or Replacement from my local tire dealer because that has paid for itself several times. I don't accept just the "prorated" warranty because that is still going to cost you money when you crush a tire. So, it's a big investment, but, after 105,000 miles, you'll be VERY happy because your cost per mile or cost per month will be lower than if you bought cheap tires.

All my vehicles now have these tires

These tires are the third set of LTX M/S tires that I have owned. My first set on my Ford Expedition lasted for over 100,000 miles. They are quiet, smooth running and provide the traction that I expect. I recommended this tire to one of my project managers for his Expedition several years ago and he ended up getting the LTX M/S2 tires. He now has over 110,000 miles on his set of tires and is getting ready to purchase another set. My new LTX M/S2 tires now have approximately 20,000 miles on them. I've had no issues and I am totally convinced that they are the best tires on the market. I also have the LTX M/S tires on my Ford Pickup. Keep up the good work, and keep making these awesome tires. LTX M/S2 Disappointment

I have used the LTX M/S tires on my trucks for years. They were great in the Ohio snow and the rain as well. I recently purchased an 09 Silverado 1500 that came to me with tires that weren't Michelin. and those tires were horrible. Visited a local Michelin Dealer to obtain LTX M/S for this truck as I've been very pleased with them in the past. I was informed the LTX M/S is no longer available, that I would have to go with the LTX M/S 2. I went ahead and ordered the LTX M/S 2 and had them installed recently. Haven't yet had the experience of driving them in the snow, though I have little doubt they will be fine. Driven in rain and have the usual confidence I've experienced with the previous LTX M/S. The problem is as follows; I can't drive one mile on any road without hearing a stone strike the underside of my truck. Today is the 5th of August. It's not as though there are snow plows depositing stones on the road as they plow the shoulder. The tires I purchased are P265/65R18 112T, LTX M/S2 BW. I don't know if this is an issue related to only the size I purchased or if it's across the board. What I do know is I can't afford to purchase another brand tire this soon to alleviate the stone issue, so I guess I just turn up the radio and drive on. I will pose a question to the Customer Care Team; Why did you mothball the LTX M/S?

Best tires and less $$$ over time!

These are the best tires I have ever owned. I have a full size 4wd truck and I use it mostly on the road and sometimes pull a trailer. I always thought that the Michelin tires were too expensive for my budget but after I bought a used truck that had them on it I realized that over time I saved quite a bit buying the Michelins because of how long they lasted me. Not to mention they don't have the same problems I was having with the cheap tires (broken belts, etc). One last thing about the tires is the ride... They ride like a dream... no shimmys or shakes and very little road noise. I am currently on my 3rd set of Michelins on 3 different trucks over time (not counting the set on my wifes truck) and have never had any problems (knock on wood). I will definitely purchase them again in the future when the time comes.

GOOD TIRES

Bought these tires for my Chevy Silverado over a year ago and love them, they ride good, handle good, and seem to be wearing very little. I would buy them again. They were a little more expensive than the other brands I priced, but are probably worth it.
