These are the Ataulfo/champagne mangoes. I saw a few reviews from people who don't know what "ripe" looks like. These mangoes are supposed to be quite soft and borderline wrinkly when ripe and ready. When I went to pick up my box, many of them were still a little green. It took a WHOLE week for them to be ripe enough to eat but boy were they worth waiting for. I'd much rather buy a box of unripe mangoes and let them ripen in the conditions in my home than buy a box of ripe mangoes that might have gotten mushed when transported. Those who said they were sour didn't wait until they were ripe. I used mine in two separate dessert recipes and they didn't need sugar (I have a major sweet tooth, so that's saying something).

I bought one box of Honey Mangoes today at Sam's Club store. They are sweet and yummy. Good quality. Price is reasonable.

The mangos were brown inside and inedible. They were processed wrong at the start. Looked perfect on the outside though! Waste of money..
