We bought this when our previous microwave broke. It is easy to use and has so many selections for cooking. The timer works well and the chime is soft.

Microwave is working well. I like the chime better than beeping when food is done. Very easy to clean, inside and out. I use a damp cloth. A definite upgrade from our last microwave.

I bought this product from LG online. I chose LG because of its good quality similar to our LG Refrigerator. This Over the Range Microwave has unique features and unique reminder sounds.

I bought it and never worked, so, I had to ask for a replacement which looks good but for some reason overheats the surface of the meals while the bottom is still cold
