This is the first time a LG product has disappointed us. The microwave oven closes when to work and when not to. Technicians are also doing patchy job. Very disappointed.

The good: high power, sleek design. The not so good: door tinted too dark to see what’s going on inside. Interior light not bright enough. Door so long have to duck head when opening. Door sound when closing sounds cheep-not solid.

Cooks well and is large enough for most of our larger dishes but I am 5’2 and cannot see what is on the plate or bowl. The dark touch panel covers much of the cooking surface making it impossible for me to see the food cooking.

Installation very easy ! Vented exhaust fan outside to remove cooking odors. Exhaust fan is very powerful at removing smoke and odors. Lots of cooking and warming options ! Bought LG fridge and stove at same time ! Great products !!
