Great Purchase

Purchased this bench for my husband and myself. He had it all together in 45 minutes. Used the bench everyday since the purchase 1 week. It serves its purpose. Good investment. Like the fact it has the leg lift.

Ok buy for the cheap price

For the price the bench is a good purchase. The bench holds up to 600 pounds, including body weight which is great for the price compared to other benches that run $500-$600 for a bench that supports 600 pounds including body weight. The only negative part about the machine is the quality received. The box was in good condition. After opening, I notices thee was a rip in my seat pad and on the bottom of the pad it looks line the pad was tore by the stitching that holds it in place. Ther were a small nicks found in the paint but I touched it up with a black marker. Also after a while the paint will come off where the bar sits in the arms. For the price paid ingot the same quality worth.

Good bench for the average size person

Nice solid bench. Was able to put together myself in about 45 minutes. The only negative thing about this bench is that the leg extension isnt made for tall people. Im 6'4" and i had to put blocks under the bench to raise it up. My feet would hit the floor.

A Stand-out for the money

I bought the bench strictly for the leg curl because I am rehabilitating after knee surgery. Pro: 1. Great money value 2. Easy setup by myself in about an hour; I kept all the hardware in place on the blister pack for quick identification 3. Rock solid 4. Good foam padding 5. Perfect for a six-foot weight bar 6. Easily adjustable back rest Con: 1. Back rest does not have a detent that allows the bench to become absolutely flat; I found, though, that the slightly below flat level is easier on my back when doing curls. If perfectly flat is required, it can be attained by placing a block of wood on top of the cross bar.

Nice starting out bench

I like how wide the rest spots are for the bar, easy to assemble, and decent quality. Only problem was, when I received it through UPS, the bottom part of the seat was torn underneath and on the side. Also, the little plastic cup things that fit inside the leg extension bar when kinda destroyed...

Pros: -It can hold a lot of weight -Assembly was pretty easy -Nice look to it Cons: -I had to get a few pieces for assembly because 2 didn't fit -it wiggles a bit -Bench couldve been a bit wider.

good enough

Only had for a week or so... easy to assemble... a bit wobbly but it hasn't failed me so far.... do I think it will last forever? No. Do I think it's good enough for now? For sure.

I am used to gym equipment so maybe I'm a little unfair but I am disappointed w this. The leg extension set up is poor. I use 90# and to do that you hdve to stack a bunch of small weights before u can put on the 45# plates bc otherwise your feet are squashed against the plate. Also 90# tips the whole bench forward. In addition, your inside of your knees rubs the bar in the middle. The bench does not lay flat which I knew from other reviews. If you try and do skull crushers w a bar or lay face down on the bench and extend your arms laterally they hit the uprights. I'm female and probably lift more than most women do at home so I think for a beginner woman or teenage guy it is fine but def would not recommend to a big guy or women who are serious
