Very disappointed with the young man who refused to bring the sofas up 5 steps expected 2 people to do the job but it turned out I had to hire 2 other people and pay them. Cheap looking, poor quality and not worth the money at all so I would definitely not recommand this set.

Due to the absence of an assembly service, I am entitled to a refund for the service I did not receive. The service was delayed, and I was not notified of its arrival. Consequently, I was unable to attend work and incurred additional expenses. This situation resulted in an overpayment for a service that was not delivered. You know what the product looks like in a box so I won’t be posting a picture of what you can simply google in the privacy of my own home.

The quality was great, the price was reasonable, and it did what I needed it to do. I also appreciate that it was easy to find and purchase, and it made my experience simple and convenient. The guy that put it together did a great job. a very nice man. To use as a chair its built to low for many different size people. If you are short and small to med built you would fit ok.my son is 6ft 180lb. This chair is not for him. I needed one for him. and a spare bed to. Its just for small short people.

Angi’s assembly service guy Josè was unexpectingly accruately quick wiith putting the sofa bed together (5 stars); A few things though that we didn’t was the size and length, which I was expecting the sofa bed to be tad longer %26 bigger but it works for a semi small person (like me), the length (my feet do hang off a bit because I prefer lying with the back section up instead of fully flat; still getting adjusted to having a sofa bed.

The sofa to assemble was due the 9th and Assembly the 11th. But it finally arrived thr 13th. I was told the Assembly date could not be changed so if I wanted my money back I would have to do a refund. So she ptocessed the refund. Then they sent a new date to assemble but I still did not know when it would arrive. Any chance you can cancel the refund and fix the sofa?

he was late. to the appointment. I informed him that I had canceled. I called WALMART Support for a refund. He was rude. I have never use Angi before. I have learnt my lesson. never again will I use Angi. I felt very uncomfortable with the man. After I ask him to leave. He didn't leave. I call Pearl Police.

The service men came to the house a week before the sofa arrived due to delayed shipment. I had to man handle an 8 foot sleeper sofa into the house because the AM Trucking left it outside. Then I had to do the assembly. Please send me my $89 reimbursement. I will never purchase anything that AM Trucking delivers.

The service was rescheduled online 1 hr before the service was supposed to take place. We had planned our day around this visit. It was rescheduled 3 days from now without inquiring if it would work for us. It didn't. So we cancelled, asked for a refund and will put the couch together ourselves. Thank you.

The assistance from Angi is completely useless. They reroute you to Walmart and then Walmart refers you back to them to do anything. If you don’t think you need the services, it’s cheaper to just try it yourself first and then if you end up needing it you can just buy the service later. Waste of money and time if you end up just building the item yourself.
