These are FANTASTIC! I’ll start by saying I’m not a caterer, I’m not a baker, I’m not a professional in anyway, I’m just a household that goes through a lot of rolls. There are baking instructions on the box but they are pretty daunting. This is what worked for me. I put the frozen roll dough on a greased cookie sheet, sprayed the tops of the rolls with cooking spray, covered them with plastic wrap and put it in the oven on the bread proof setting. 2 hours on Proof gives me the right size rolls. Then remove the plastic wrap and bake at 350° for about 13-15 minutes. We use these as dinner rolls, slider buns, mini sandwich rolls, anything you can think of! They’re delicious and not hard to make.

EASY AT-HOME BAKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FROZEN YEAST ROLLS: Place frozen rolls onto baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper, leaving frozen rolls 1.5in apart to allow for expansion. Cover loosely with a piece of greased Cling Wrap. Let rise for approx 6hrs at room temperature or until the Rolls have doubled their original frozen size. Remove Cling Wrap from rolls and Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Easy and delicious!! When I purchased these, they're in a huge box of 288 count, so I divide them and place in smaller Ziplock Freezer bags and freeze until needed.

These are wonderful rolls; however, my reason for giving them only 4 stars is that there are no instructions included. After Googling the directions, many people stated that they experimented with the dough to find the perfect baking outcome. What I have discovered is that these are perfect when they are placed on a baking sheet without touching, covered with plastic wrap, and proofed for two hours. They double in size. I then bake them at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes. I have also made King Cakes using these by proofing them one hour. I gently stretch, attach them to each other, braid them, and add my cinnamon mixture. I proof them for another hour. I bake the cake for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. This is my second box. I will purchase more in the future.

We break the frozen case down into sets of ten in ziplock bags stored in freezer until needed. Put them on baking sheet for 4 hours to rise to a desired size. Bake 350 for 12 minutes. Perfection right out of oven. Add honey to make irresistible. Love love love.

Holy hell these are delicious? Takes awhile to figure out how to cook them because the instructions call for a proofer...trial and error is easy at just 10¢ apiece

I was not aware that these were so much smaller than other name brands so consequently let them rise too large and after being cooked-they fell. tasted great, just looked funny!

The box was smashed and the rolls had clearly been partially thawed at some point. They were smashed together and I had to pry them apart. They rise beautifully but cook up pretty dense. I wouldn’t suggest getting these.

I bought this case of dinner rolls so we could make rolls for our church Thanksgiving lunch. They were delicious so we served more the next week at church for another meal. Then at our own Thanksgiving meal. The rolls are a wonderfully easy addition to a meal.

Yes, great price but you have to proof the rolls before baking. I was told you have to proof them at room temp, for a whole day. I was told, if you bake them without proofing, than they will not come out right. So, I tried it for myself and it was true the rolls did not come out right, they were still kind of doughy.
