I bought it on Feb 4 at 12:00 PM CT and at 5:00 PM CT it was still not in my inbox. Really?! Does it take 5 Hours to send an E-mail? How primitive your backend system is? Look at other reviews on this. When I called poor agent told me she can send an E-mail but that will also take time and this card is non-returnable. When I mentioned I did not even receive it and this needs to be cancelled. It was finally cancelled. Sam's Club please do better. Can you?!

Pain to deal with for use at restaurants. Physical card has never been a problem.

Does Not Work. Save yourself the aggravation. Darden did not help resolve.

Anyone else having issues purchasing this item?? I order and in 30 minutes it cancels.
