Great buy for the money, you get the fully lined interior and a door organizer. So far very sturdy and no issues with electronic lock. This will hold a decent amount of guns and ammo but don't think you will get 18 guns and related equipment like ammo and gear. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

Overall build of the safe seems about right for the price. Since delivery only includes basic drop-off, you are not able to inspect the safe until you get it inside - or cut open the box outside, which makes it difficult to then move inside. Once I opened the box, I noticed a few things. First, a large dent at the upper right corner. This seems par for the course per the other reviews. Second, the connector that would connect the safe to the control box is cut off and the housing is cracked at the bottom. I found the cut-off part of the harness at the bottom of the box. I'm guessing this happened in shipping. Third, there are 4 adjustable shelves but only 8 clips in the box. I'm not able to setup 2 of the shelves. Last, there are 4 random metal clips installed in the box - 2 at the top of the long-gun holder and 2 in the shelf area (one clip is bent). Not sure what these are for, but they don't line up with the other clip areas. Given I had already moved the safe into the house and it's nearly 300lbs, it's difficult to pack up and return. Hopefully, I can get the clips and keypad issue resolved under warranty. That being said, I called customer service, but you just leave a voicemail - which seems circa 1980. I have not heard back from anyone as of yet.

Poor craftsmanship on the inside panels bowed and leaning. Trim work not finished well. Very cheap shelving bracketry. Very cheap keypad. Jerking motion for all opening and closing. And arrived damaged, dent in the top right corner that cracked the paint. But was not the reason for the poor craftsmanship inside. Return process for this shipped item proving very difficult.
